321 stainless steel coil is an austenitic stainless steel with properties similar to those of 304, but enhanced by the addition of titanium. This improvement provides superior intergranular corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, effectively controlling the formation of chromium carbides. It is commonly used in outdoor machinery in the chemical, coal, and petroleum industries that require high resistance to intergranular corrosion. Additionally, it is utilized in heat-resistant components for construction and in applications that pose challenges for heat treatment, such as silencer components for diesel engines, boiler pressure vessels, and chemical transport vehicles.
